Le Dashboard en Français

(English text follows.)

Forgot your PIN?

Forgot your PIN?

This week, we rolled out a new feature to the Versature Dashboard: you are now able to reset your PIN in the event that you forget it. This option is only available if we have an email address on record for the account, of course.

We also improved the interface in a number of areas and corrected some minor issues and performed a bunch of internal work to prepare for our next big push.

Taming the Statistics Fire Hose

Call Data Analytics

Call Data Analytics

In 2011, the Versature DevOps team offered select customers of our hosted voice solution a glimpse into the large amount of data about their calls that our system can keep in the cloud for them. For some, it was like drinking from the proverbial fire hose. Our spring priority is to use the feedback we received and design the next step of our vision.

Over the next few months, we will be significantly improving the business value the raw data provides by turning it into real intelligence that can help our customers increase their efficiency. Continue Reading This Post ...

New Dashboard Beta Release and a New Versanaut

February 27, 2012 - Adam Sherman

The Versature development team has been hard at work improving the experience of our Dashboard tool. This week, we are updating the beta release with improvements to the following areas:

  • Personal Call Control

    Personal Call Control

We have responded to customer feedback and have simplified the settings area. It now contains a new Personal Call Control section which allows you to control how your calls are handled in a straightforward fashion. This replaces the old call forwarding area and amalgamates settings into a single location.

  • Quick Forward

    Quick Forward

If you frequently forward your calls to the same destination, you are now able to simply click on the double-arrow icon from any screen to re-enable or disable forwarding.

  • We also hunted down and slaughtered some bugs that affected the settings area.
  • Some optimizations have been added to increase the responsiveness of the Dashboard while also ensuring future scalability.
  • Lastly, we significantly improved our internal testing, which should improve future releases.
